SONAR August State of Freight

In a discussion just before Labor Day, SONAR founder and CEO Craig Fuller, along with Head of Freight Market Intelligence Zach Strickland, shared an optimistic outlook on the state of the supply chain and transportation industries, particularly the freight market cycle. They noted that the truckload market has been tightening as excess capacity decreases and demand remains strong. With tender rejection and spot rates spiking around the July Fourth holiday, they foresee improving conditions for carriers and third-party logistics providers heading into the crucial fourth quarter.
